New User Account Request Process

 

If you require a Clarity HMIS User Account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Agency Point of Contacts: Request access to the Raleigh/Wake Partnership: Clarity Human Services - General Training, by emailing the Bitfocus Help Desk: support@bitfocus.com. Once you have received the link, send the link to the user who requires a Clarity HMIS account to complete.
  2. Users will also need to complete the Wake County: Privacy and Security Training to obtain their login credentials.
  3. Once both the Raleigh/Wake Partnership: Clarity Human Services - General Training and Wake County: Privacy and Security Training, the Agency Liaison can reach out to Bitfocus (support@bitfocus.com) to request the user account. When requesting the user account, please include the following information:
  • User name
  • Email
