If you've previously had a Clarity HMIS Account, and your account is currently inactive please review the following steps:
If your account has been unused for 90 days or more, you will have to retake the training.
For existing Wake County HMIS Users: If you require additional agency access, the request should come from both of the Agency Leads of the Agency you are adding. The request should also include the Agency Lead from your home agency.
For any requests that do not pertain to existing user account access, passwords, or logging in, please email the Bitfocus Help Desk at support@bitfocus.com.
