Wake County Existing User Information

Inactive User Accounts

If you've previously had a Clarity HMIS Account, and your account is currently inactive please review the following steps:

If your account has been unused for 90 days or more, you will have to retake the training.

  1. The user must retake the Wake: Privacy and Security Training and the Clarity Human Services: General Training.
  2. Once training has been completed, the Agency Lead should request to reactivate the account by contacting the Bitfocus Help Desk at support@bitfocus.com. 
    • In the request, please make sure to include the following information:
      • User Name
      • User Email

Additional Agency Access for Users

For existing Wake County HMIS Users: If you require additional agency access, the request should come from both of the Agency Leads of the Agency you are adding. The request should also include the Agency Lead from your home agency.

  1. If a user requires additional agency access, the Agency Leads should submit a request to the Bitfocus Help Desk at support@bitfocus.com.
  2.  Please make sure to include the following information when submitting your request:
    • Users Name
    • Users Agency Email
    • Name of the Agency you are requesting Additional Access
