Wake County HMIS General Refresher Training

This training is open to everyone and is an excellent way for Clarity HMIS users to get more familiar with the system. Whether you are a new or a seasoned user of Clarity HMIS, we encourage you to join, ask questions, and get step-by-step walkthroughs to grow your knowledge. We will be reviewing:

  • Creating and searching client profile
  • Entering client contact and location information
  • Enrolling and exiting clients in programs
  • Running reports
  • And so much more!

Wake County - Clarity HMIS Office Hours

What Are "Office Hours?"

We know that many issues and questions can arise when using Clarity (HMIS). Office Hours are a great opportunity to get your questions answered, see demos of anything you can't figure out or remember how to do, find out how to fix things that might have gotten messed up, and participate in discussions with other users around solutions to common challenges. 

  • Ongoing support 
  • Space to ask general questions
  • Receive assistance on questions you may have about a report.
  • Other questions as they arise

HUD Data Standards

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is set to release the FY 2026 Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Data Standards. The requirements of these updated standards must be programmed and in practice by all HMIS a systems by Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

Here at Bitfocus, we have already started planning our system and reporting updates. Please join us to hear more about the upcoming changes and updates you will see in Clarity HMIS.
